What happens next
High Water Trading records your request in a review queue handled by authorized administrators.
We check whether the email or phone number belongs to a trading-user account. If we need more information to verify ownership, we will contact you using the details you provide.
After review, we delete or de-identify eligible personal data and record any required retention reason.
Data that may be retained
Orders, fills, model approvals, venue responses, audit logs, support messages, reports, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, security, and reconciliation records may need to be retained for a limited period.
Where retention is required, access is limited and the account is closed or de-identified where appropriate.
