1. Platform Scope
High Water Trading supports internal quantitative trading research, backtesting, monitoring, model governance, risk controls, trading-user management, support, and venue operations.
Production trading, live-limited testing, and venue connectivity must follow the platform's promotion, risk, credential, observability, and incident-response processes.
2. Account Responsibilities
- Users are added by authorized administrators and sign in with email, password, and any required MFA challenge.
- You must keep account details accurate, protect credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
- Administrators must grant only the roles and model entitlements needed for a user's duties.
- You may not share sessions, bypass authorization, export secrets, or use another person's account.
3. Trading And Venue Use
- Hyperliquid, Polymarket, and any future venue integrations are subject to their own rules, fees, rate limits, availability, market risks, geofencing, and credential requirements.
- A backtest, paper run, live-limited run, or platform approval is not a promise that a strategy will remain profitable.
- Event-market workflows require extra review for market rules, resolution ambiguity, jurisdiction, liquidity, and compliance before any live trading.
- Emergency controls, kill switches, exposure caps, and reconciliation processes may stop or restrict trading without notice.
4. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the platform for market manipulation, privileged nonpublic information, venue-rule evasion, sanctions evasion, credential theft, scraping abuse, or unlawful trading.
- Do not upload malicious files, expose secrets, bypass rate limits, disable monitoring, or interfere with audit records.
- Do not treat generated analysis, model rankings, or alerts as investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice.
5. Data, Reports, And Audit Records
The platform may retain market-data snapshots, strategy manifests, backtest results, model approvals, orders, fills, cancellations, venue responses, support cases, and administrative actions for review and reconciliation.
Exports and reports are operational evidence. They should be verified against source venues, account statements, and internal books before financial, tax, or compliance use.
6. Availability And Changes
High Water Trading may be affected by maintenance, incidents, venue outages, cloud services, realtime systems, databases, queues, browser or mobile platform behavior, and network conditions.
Features, strategies, limits, supported venues, research gates, and these terms may change as the platform matures.
7. Suspension And Deletion
- Access may be suspended or removed for security risk, role change, policy breach, venue risk, compliance review, or operational need.
- Users may request account deletion or data handling review through the in-app settings flow or privacy contact.
- Some records may be retained where needed for audit, tax, accounting, security, fraud prevention, disputes, venue reconciliation, or legal obligations.
